Why it's so hard to kill off a football club

Unfortunately, this blog post does not mention Charlton and it could be argued that Roland and Katrien are doing a good job of killing off Charlton. However, it has some general relevance: Fan power

Thanks Wyn...the article reminds us there is aways hope! Even if Roland and Katrien bring the club to it's knees, they will never kill it off... Take a look at Portsmouth and we can see what happens to a club when it's ruined by mis-management. Portsmouth collapsed and fell into the basement but didn't fall through the trapdoor. Slowly the club is regaining it's pride and place in the league and it's partly down to fan-power. Hopefully our two idiots will have cleared off before we drop as low as Portsmouth but even if we did, we would rise again. Fan Power!

Just been reading this afternoon on how hereford fc was started after their recent troubles last season aparantly the fans have now got together and actually run the club why cant charlton fans do something simular we could get an average 4,000 to 5,000 and break non league attendence records and get all the old directors on board i think its the only way forward
