Trotters seek to shore up their defence

Charlton face Bolton away tonight. They are 17th in the table but one place above Charlton in the form table.

Charlton won the earlier meeting this season 2-1 at The Valley in October. The Addicks are unbeaten in the last four meetings, winning two. Bolton's last win was 2-0 at the Macron Stadium in December 2012. Bolton are unbeaten in the last six meetings at the Macron Stadium, winning three. Charlton's last win there was 2-1 in the Premier League in August 2002.

Bolton have won only one of their last five games. Their only win since mid-March was 3-0 at Cardiff on 6 April. The Trotters lost their last home game 2-1 against Norwich on Saturday - their first defeat in five games at the Macron Stadium. Bolton boss Neil Lennon slammed his side's defending and vowed to make changes. He said that it was 'criminal defending which happened far too often.'

This could mean that Dorian Dervite will not face his former club. He got a score of 5 from The Football League Paper which said that he looked nervous when confronted with pace.

Odds are: Bolton 11/10, Draw 12/5, Charlton 13/5
