The first Charlton 'network' player? Given the fee, I suspect if he does well he will be 'sold' to Liege after a year or 2.

He will probably bag a load of goals and then go on loan to the mother ship in January!

You start to think that things are looking up when you pay £2.4m for a player, other players in or on the way, the pitch, stadium seats etc...then you start to wonder when you read "anonymous" comments here....

There's something going on. There's no way that we should be able to afford a player of that value.

Perhaps the Poyet deal is done but they're waiting to announce signings to soften the blow and to show some ambition?

The owner from what ive been told has said he only wants consontrate all his efforts into Charlton by making them a prem club within 3 years. He has already had a bid of around 50m which i reckon he will try and pinch all the best leige players before selling up.From what i gather he only wants consontrate on charlton this season as his number one club .He has already splashed out £800,000 on a new pitch £2.4m on a striker well known to him and peeters and is after several more players its going be an exciting season me thinks and i wouldnt be to suprised see us promoated come may next year.Their is a feel good factor around the place im seriously thinking putting a £20 bet for us to go up-must be very high odds

Acworth you should get at least 33/1 on charlton promotion. Steam in - easy money

Vetokele fee more like DKK2.4M roughly £258k make sense? £2.4M would make Vetokele alone worth about 15% of Roly Douchebag's total investment in Charlton so far - simly doesn't add up
